5. Order Changes & Cancellations

After 12 hours, your order may already be processed and shipped, and we won’t be able to cancel it.

We will work with the carrier to resolve delays or provide a replacement if necessary.

As for the shipping times, due to a very high demand of our products, standard delivery times after the item has been shipped is roughly 2 to 9 business days to the United States, United Kingdom.
We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, but please allow up to 2 business days during peak periods.
